This Week's Treat

I've been quite good this month, technically I haven't bought anything over £20 ( I did buy 2 pairs of trousers and one pair of shorts for a total of £9). I have bagged a few cool bits over the past month, which I will show you all quite soon but I have treated myself to two pairs of shoes this week.

Outfit - Vintage denim army jacket, Ralph Lauren check shirt, Junk de Luxe chinos, Vans

I'm picked up the jacket in Urban Outfitters while I was in London last week and the chinos were found in the TKmaxx clearance sale, chaching! What's everyone's take on clear plastic bags? You don't really see them much but I had to put up with it all day.
I whipped up these Tretorn suede brown hiking-esque ankle boots today at a preview of this weekends menswear sample sale in Manchester at the Triangle for £20. I had to squooze into them, they are slightly too small but I will go with it, check out the detail of the eyelets, each set a slightly different size. Pretty neat eh.

Me and Hollie(check out her new blog) are off to Wales at the weekend, more specifically Llandudno. If anyone has been and has any recommendations for us please let me know, any ideas are welcome.

  1. wow your off again ... I never even heard of that place, well I hope you both have fun !!!:p
Yeah on the boots, really nice I really want some hiking boots I just can't get enough of the Burberry collection so sleek and goth like. There were some men feature in the collection catwalk so check it out if you have not seen it yet, I think you would LOVVVEEE the jackets as they have a military style. Loving the ubraz jacket to (sorry, my friends work there, that's what I call them). Oh I hate see through bags WTF I don't want everyone seeing what I got. It's the worry in London that you may get stabbed for it, anyway on happy note have a great weekend my dear and well done on the three for £9:00 that is bloody amazing. Have a good one x

  5. Love the new shoes, they look so comfy, even if a tad small. They're all about those eyelets, oh and the laces, nice. I'll look forward to seeing what you wear those with. Have fun on your next load of travels!

  7. 2 pairs of trousers and one pair of shorts for £9?!?! where do you shop?! Most vintage stores are becoming so expensive its ridiculous. Theres a vintage shop near me that is selling really bad quality, and a careless selection of items, but pricing them at around £75-300+ I was astonished how people can get away with selling vintage and old stuff at that price.

very cool outfit, i dont think i would use see through bags, my bag ends up having so much rubbish in it and it will just attract people to rob me ahhaa

  20. Clear plastic bags are good when other people have them so I can nose at what they've bought, but I'm not really keen on having one myself.

Those shoes are lovely though, I like the colour & the killer detailing. All in the detailing.

    Have fun in Wales!

  24. Weeeell, if you buy 40 things at 20 quid you end up spending £800... But I guess you didn't do that and you're still very well dressed, as always.
    Enjoy Llandudno! (great name :)
