John Lewis Blogger Secret Santa - They've Arrived!

Christmas has kicked off early this year.

Flipping heck, Christmas has come early in our place! Cast your minds back a couple of weeks and you might remember me mentioning my involvement the John Lewis Blogger Secret Santa, well my presents arrived!  I still have no clue as to which blogger got me to buy for but they sure made a sweet selection. Thanks to their Columbo-like investigative skills, they chose very well with these Quilted Gloves by Barbour and Protest Bobble Hat! Stuff to keep me warm, good thinking Batman.

I won't find out until after Christmas who my Secret Santa was but I'm looking forward to finding out. Also, finger crossed the Blogger who I chose for likes my selection!

John Lewis Blogger Secret Santa

Along with a few other blogger's I've been chosen to take part in John Lewis's Blogger Secret Santa challenge. Sounds a little bit girl right? Sure, but if you were to receive a swanky new digital camera or some top notch kitchenwear then I think you would forego that. It will make a nice change from doing one at work and receiving a pair of sports socks or deodorant. 

John Lewis have hatched a plan to pair bloggers up from several genres, who will then buy presents for each other, using a list of gifts from the John Lewis website. There's loads of different types of bloggers involved; fashion, lifestyle, photography, beauty, tech ect. Each of us will be assigned a blogger to buy for and have a couple of days to research into their personal tastes, likes and hobbies, which will help us decide which gift is best suitable for them.

It's not only a cool way of spreading some Christmas Cheer but it's also a great way to discover new blogs and meet new people. I can't wait to see who I'll be buying for! Remember, if you're involved....shhushhh don't tell, it's a secret!

Gift #3 - Morris the Mule

Morris the Mule has been sitting at the side of my while I write my blog posts since Christmas day. He's a pretty top bloke, always there when I need some memo paper and even though he doesn't respond at least I know he won't give me any backchat.

In all seriously though this one was another stonker of a present. I'd seen Morris in shops for a couple of years and I always thought how sweet it was, and then it ends up under my tree. Morris has a few mates now too, I remember seeing a menagerie of memo holders in John Lewis, including Bianca the Hippo.
