Baking at Home with 4K Photography + Weekend Links

And when I say baking I mean, I just stand back while Hollie takes charge. I'm merely a spectator and taste-tester. I was having a play around with the old 4K Photography again last weekend, turning the subject on to these chocolately ginger snap marshmallows Hollie was whipping up.

How I achieved these shots: LUMIX LX100 / 4K Mode / Auto Assist / AFF Focus (maintains focus on unexpected subject) / Natural Light / AF Mode: Area 1.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that's starting to wind down for Christmas, but we'll still be posting a few bits over the next week. I am finally getting down to catching up on blogs, and replying to comments; all the while drinking a big glass of whisky and eating all mince pies. Yes! Enjoy your weekend.

  6. Oh wow, the read on Mast Brothers was really eye opening. It seemed so authentic when I toured their factory. I guess it's important to really watch out for marketing and whatnot nowadays.

  7. It doesn't sound good, yet it's hard to disregard "clever marketing", because at the end of the day we all want to make money. For me it's the dishonestly bit that gets alarm bells ringing. Still, it did make me want chocolate...
