Christmas Gifts Under £50 - Scanwood @ Hand-Eye Supply

That's right, you can get all four of these for under 50 quid! Scanwood's desk accessories are for people who like "sucess-ories" and also for the others who don't yet know they do. These fine looking things work out at around £12 each. Hand-Eye Supply is well worth checking out if you like practical, well made American tools, clothing and accessories.

Natascha Harra-Frischkorn's "Chuck" Wall Shelf

This is most definitely my favourite find of this week by far, a super flexible shelving unit by German designer Natascha Harra-Frischkorn. Entitled "Chuck", the shelving is made from 4mm thick wood floor paneling and can be adjusted to hold variable sized books and anything else you can fit within the constraints. It's freaking beautiful if you ask me, the fact that you have the main say in how you want it to look each day is just genius. It also reminds me of the Comedy Store logo, nice.

The phrase, "Why didn't I think of that" comes to mind!

Wooden "Lego" Men

Love this idea. Handmade "Lego" inspired wooden figures by French company Malet. Limited to 20 pieces, each coming uniquely numbered and housed in handprinted packaging. I reckon these would fly out if they were put into production on a slightly bigger scale, I'd be the first in the queue. I imagine it would be very easy to paint and repaint too.

Ah thank goodness it's Friday.
