Best of Britannia + Weekend Links

Brooks England bicycle accessories

It's been a bit quiet on these parts this week as I took a few days out to visit London, and check out the Best of Britannia show. Yesterday (Friday) was officially #BuyBritishDay, and the BoB show promotes all sorts of British made product - from clothing, accessories and leather goods, to homeware, alcohol, cars and gadget. True, me + Nik were probably doing everyone's heads in on Twitter yesterday, with constantly posting BoB related stuff, but hey, people's enthusiasm rubbed off on us.

So this weekend I want nothing more than to have a few hours out and catch up on blogs and hopefully get out for a cycle. Deal. How about you guys?

  1. It's fun to think that Buy British Day is the same as National Manufacturing Day in the U.S.

  2. I missed that! Anything decent going on/seen any new interesting products? I know we share passion for both sides.

  3. Lots. Just very little time to blog, sadly. Especially with guy's stuff. Seems like I find more American-made stuff I love for men than for women, though.

I read about that flight suite - just crazy!

I celebrated By British Day by having a homemade pie from the market - that counts, right? ;)

  12. Wow, what an experience! But to be honest I'd prefer to spend all that money while in New York not on my way there!
