Drink Up - Adnams Innovation Review

Having tried a few of Adnams' beers in the past I was pleased to see a new one appear in the local supermarket. I spotted it when I was doing my weekly rounds and got sucked in by the label, so I thought it I'd give it a shot.

Details - Adnams Innovation is a classic IPA which packs a right punch. Coming in at 6.7% Abv, it's not overly strong but it's so flavoursome that you could easily be tricked into thinking it's more potent ale. It's one is for the hoppy fans, plenty of fruit with a distinct tangy aftertaste that won't be forgotten in a hurry. Highly recommended.

Adnams Innovation can be found in the "regional ales" section in supermarkets and is currently on offer at Booths in North West, England for £1.50 per bottle.

  2. Sounds like a nice beer. And the design is cool. But, the Stella Artois and Licher are my favorites!

  3. I just turned 21 this month but haven't had anything to drink. I'm going to wait till January when my girlfriend turns 21 and we can have a drink together. I've never been into alcoholic beverages nor do I find myself consuming them frequently but I'm liking the new addition to the blog. Even if you don't drink you still can't go wrong by checking out the sweet labels they usually have. Cool little write up there too.

Trying to get back into things again. Sorry for the lack of communication. Hope you're still doing good.

I'm not sure how far out of Suffolk some of the Adnams range gets, but if you see it and like a darker beer try the Gunhill. It a really nice drop, almost chocolaty! I'm looking forward to getting bottle of Adnams Limoncello for the Christmas booze cupboard this year. Rather excited to try the new sprits range. - Also as per Instagram you really should head to Southwold for the Brewery & Distillery Tour.
