New Found Treasures Part 4

It's been a while since my last "New Found Treasures" post, but we're slowly getting to the last of them now. For all that aren't too sure what I'm harping on about, I'm showing everything I bought within the time I moved down to London(I wasn't there ages though). So this time, it's the backpack.

I picked this little number up in French Connection in Brighton. Not a shop I go in loads but my friend Nic saw something in the window, as the sale was on. I managed to pick this up for £13.50, which I consider a massive bargain as I know there are similar ones around these days for up too £130(COS for example). I realise it's bursting open in this picture but I was carrying a lot that day.

Anyone else got a backpack thing going on?

This image was taken by my friend Kate, who also blogs at anyweargirl.com which is pretty cool.

  1. Oh you lucky thing! I've been searching high and low for a canvas backpack that was both stylish and affordable, but no avail. You're right about most of 'em being rather costly. The one's I can afford look like they belong to an army trainee. Ah, well.

  3. Its price versus its style and functionality really make it a no-brainer buy, you did a great job in finding and getting it! As for myself, well I was really trying to ignore backpacks all together, but the Alexander Wang looks so good, and really nothing can beat a backpack in the functionality&comfort department, so we'll see . . .

As for COS I shall be making my first visit come the weekend - Im off to Berlin, V excited to finally see the goodies on offer in person!

  11. I totally have a backpack thing going on and am still looking for a good one. Yours is great, just the right mixture of practical and good-looking. Will have to check French Connection in my area, but somehow I'm not too optimistic...

  12. £13.50?!! Flippin jealous to say the least. I love proper old school backpacks, I always a tad dumb carrying a messenger bag, it is far too uni student.

Backpack is great, I've never even bought anything from French Connection because I'm always shocked by the prices I think. Such a steal though! Thanks for the feedback on my latest post, I've had a lot of stuff on my mind and it felt good to let a little of it out on the blog! Keep finding great finds ^.^ Sarah
