New York/Orlando

We recently had a very eventful trip to Orlando, we got off to a bad start when our flight from Manchester was delayed becasue the planes inflight entertainment wasn't working! 3 hours we had to wait and in the end they still didn't fix it. So when we arrived in New York we had missed our connection flight down to Orlando. We  ended up waiting around in JFK airport for 3 whole hours!

Shortly after we were told that there was no more flights to Orlando till the next day, so we got put up in a swanky hotel in LaGuardia Airport. LaGuardia was a total dump, very ghetto, but the hotel was actually really nice.

So to make the most of a bad situation we decided we would get up extra early the next day and spend the morning in Manhattan. Our flight down to Orlando was at 2.30pm so we didn't have much time, but we saw so much in such a little amount of time.

We spend about 2.30 hours rushing around from place to place. Me and James hadn't been to New York before so our tour guides for the day were Hollie and her parents. We even had time to have a  yummy Starbucks in Trump Towers! Coffee and cakes tastes good anywhere but this was so much better.

We finally landed in Orlando a day later the planned, the weather wasn't so hot, I even kept my hoodie on for the ride to the villa, I know, a HOODIE on in Orlando. Mad!
